1. 5 problems of standardization of engineering machinery products
There is still a wide gap in the standardization of construction machinery products in China, mainly in the following five aspects:
(1) lack of understanding of the importance of technical regulations and positioning has been unclear. The existing technical regulations have no system, there are problems of management confusion and low transparency, and the compulsory standard is the technical regulation, which confuses the concept of administrative regulations and technical documents.

(2) recommended standard not adopt international standards and lower standards of many products, according to the principle of national treatment and domestic product imports also should enjoy the same treatment, standard differences lead to differences in the levels of product quality, will inevitably impact to a domestic industry to form.

(3) the non-selectivity, the internal and external differences of qualified evaluation institutions and the lack of relevant information violate the principle of national treatment, the principle of non-trade barriers and the principle of transparency. According to China's accession to the WTO commitments, the choice of certification bodies should be decided by the applicant, the certification mark, fees, to accept the terms and procedures should be unified, certification institution choice also has nothing to do with the production of the product.

(4) think that international standards are not advanced. In fact, international standards are the rules recognized by WTO, and its universality in the international scope is its irreplaceable advanced nature. Are most of the international standard method, terminology, and safety standards, although these safety performance indicators do not like the use of the product performance index is easy to determine, but for in domestic products no safety performance requirements of international standard level of safety performance indicators is very high. 2. Strengthen the strategy of engineering machinery industry standard

Therefore, the relevant departments of the state and industry have turned these standards into recommender standards, and enterprises can voluntarily adopt them. For a long time, many companies have used it as their product standard. Because of the enterprise is still not fully into the market economy, also want to use the power of the country or industry to develop product promotion, 2 it is many users also believe that the highest international standards and national standards, the production enterprise standards is not trust, hope to according to national standards of production enterprises. Therefore, from the development trend, enterprises are gradually desalinating standard products. This is customer-centric product development and production practices.

(2) change government supervision for market supervision
China has joined the WTO, and the government must adopt legal means to manage the Chinese market that is already in line with the world market. The government should set out to protect the public interest and focus on the quality of products related to safety, health and environmental protection. Therefore, the state should formulate unified national machinery safety and environmental regulations as soon as possible. These regulations are the safety laws and regulations that all products must meet, which are also the contents of government supervision.
